No. She's just isn't top tier akatsuki.

Only member of Akatsuki that could land a blow on Tobi, was trusted to be strong enough to defend Nagato the leader/figurehead of Akatsuki, it's hard asf to hurt her with Taijutsu alone, she tampered with her paper in order for it not to get damaged by the constant rain in Ame, and raided Konoha with the 6POP.
EDIT: Also as a side note, despite her using paper ninjutsu, she wasn't damaged by Jiraiya's oil powered Flame Bullet, and oil powers up fire attacks

Deidara has shown no other Jutsu besides Explosive Clay yet nobody doubts that he is kage level

Deidara showed feats in speed, taijustu and genjustu as well intelligence at the highest level . He was able to avoid team guy attacks and sasuke trying to blitz him . He repelled sasuke genjsutu and was shown practicing genjustu defending. Deidara is shown to have to have fast foot speed . he showed more than his explosive clay techniques

yeah he hasnt done any other technique but you could say the same about sasori,gaara,temerai , gai , mei , raikage , tsundade , neji who lack variety and one trick ninja .

I think the reason naruto and sasuke are good at taijustu , ninjustu( know more than 3 high level ninjustu techniques) , genjustu and all rounders is because kakashi is one of the most well rounded kage level ninja

I believe in feats, and he has 0 feats in genjutsu, he failed at the basic "Kai! Release" method, and had to have Sakura break him out, the only defense he has against genjutsu would be due to him being a perfect Jinchuriki. I mean, even in the Last, which is canon, he had to be brought out of genjutsu by Sakura along with the rest of the team
