6th gated gai vs Raikage A V2 SPeed whose faster, if guy isnt faster than what gate would be enough to be faster than raikage A v2

Raikage clearly. Ay was only surpased slightly by Naruto's KCM while in V2. Naruto's KCM was able to literally stomp Kisame which 6th Gate Gai had problems with.
