I think the answer to that would tie into his explanation on why Shika didn't get many fighting parts. Because it's hard to draw fights where a fighter has an extremely complex strategy since his IQ is actually lower than how he wanted to portray Shikamaru's. So Hebi Sasuke would bring many complex strategies to the table, especially with MS and future power ups...

It would also suit Naruto-Sasuke parallelism much better making Naruto's parents Senju/Uzumaki and Sasuke's parents Uchihas. Considering those are just random last names and not actually clans, the origins of the shinobi with those names must be known.

Sakura wasn't that intriguing as a special clan member, I already predicted about her origins about what you said @bold despite thinking for a while that she was distinct from ordinary, due to hard work and no clan specific ability.

But Minato definitely was intriguing in this regard. Firstly, he was powerful enough, had enough physical capacity to learn Perfect Sage Mode rivaling Senjus and Uzumakis, I don't think someone ordinary can do that. Secondly, their are two sides to the Indra-Ashura rivalry, one is Uchiha and the other is Senju/Uzumaki. It would make sense if both Naruto and Sasuke constituted the entire portion of their respective sides. Thirdly, Minato was so much like Tobirama which got me thinking.
