It's the same as how the SA was formed except Sasuke would be the common enemy... It should be Sasuke fans who are upset about the plan, yet it's not kml but Sasuke haters are going around saying he's trying to be a dictator when I don't even see what they be seeing... Naruto's idea would be better any day, people woud understand where Naruto is coming from at one point. Konoha does not run under a communist government so there was no chance for Sasuke to step in the Hokage's office at all.

if that what his big plan was, then there was absolutely no point in murdering the Gokage, undoing the genjutsu, or destroying the bijuu. It still shows just how little thought he put into his plan, because it wasn't like the bijuu couldn't respawn and he had absolutely no way to make sure the world would permanently stay the way he wanted it to.
