That doesn't excuse what happened in the Scan, Sakura's reaction time is slower than Sai's that's just a fact. Sai was also able to surprise two Akatsuki members at once, one of them including Sasori.

Sakura has no method of hitting Said while he's airborne, and Sai could quickly end her with a KO from blunt force to the back of her head, since everyone knows she's prone to fainting.

Yes she does. Hashirama said that she might be worse than Tsunade, that crater was more than what Tsunade has shown and Sakura herself replied that she doesn't waste chakra on looking young. We also saw that when Tsunade was out of chakra to use medical ninjutsu that Sakura still had some after they were both healing the army. The implication of Sakura and Hashirama's words is that Sakura has more chakra and strength on par or greater. The theme of the manga and various statements by characters also point to Sakura surpassing her master. I don't consider this but you guys might, if we are going by the last, Sakura's profile states that she is the strongest medical ninja of the leaf.
