Kishimoto hasn't given Sasuke an arm purposely?

I mean he could've easily gave him one off screen, but I think kishimoto purposely did this, so when he comes back to konoah in the end of the movie (Hopefully), he's gonna get a new one, but he's gonna have to ask tsunade himself and its gonna be some type of Awkward scene, sense he doesn't really like asking people for help and it will show more growth in his character

I don't see this happening. I think that Sasuke thinks that it is cool to be a one handed fighter which is why he rejected Tsunade's artifical arm in the first place.

Sasuke is cooler with one arm in my opinion. All of the strongest characters always lose something.

Ay lost an arm because he was a damn wrecking ball with both.
Yamamoto from Bleach lost an arm, because he was unstoppable.
Shanks from one piece lost an arm because he was unstoppable.
Jaime lannister lost an arm (hand) in game of thrones because he was strongest knight in all 7 realms.

He hasn't gotten into too much fights on his journey, but in the new movie he's gonna have to fight against a strong opponent and during the fight he might realize he would be stronger with a second arm, it would make sense actually.

Didn't Jiraiya have both his arms though plus Sasuke will never have the same nightmares that Jiraiya did. He literally had 6 broken ribs and he probably broke something else but I can't remember off the top of my head.
