The one point of comparison I can think of is when Naruto blitzed Kaguya, with Sasuke failing moments before.

In terms of pure speed, Sasuke takes it by a landslide due to Amenotejikara. Naruto's physical movements are way faster though.

Though really, we can't say. Naruto's only "feat" is dodging Kaguya's YH grab but even then, he had his guard up and would've expected it after Sasuke got caught.

Though overall, I'd say Naruto has better reflexes, Sasuke has better max "speed" and foot speed is probably relatively equal.

That situation was understandable since Sasuke's attacked Kaguya when her gravity dimension was active, while Naruto attacked her after it was deactivated.
