You're basically saying current Naruto (Gaiden) vs Current Sasuke...Sasuke had 20 years to master the rinnegan (which he hardly used in their last fight). Naruto has gotten better used to senjutsu and bijuu chakra, Sasuke's chakra has increased and become more potent...proof? Sasuke couldn't swap dimensions during the fight with kaguya when she threw him into the desert place, but now he goes in and out like it's his although his eyes powers decreases, he can still swap positions in the same dimension (the fight with shin). Naruto fought sasuke barely 3 days after sasuke got his EMS and a few hours after he got the rinnegan. Naruto has been using the kyuubi's chakra forever (though not as much as he currrently uses), he fought a war for 3 days with kurama who gave him intel on how to use his chakra to its full potential. Naruto already had sage mode for sometime and already made a key battle with it (PAIN).
Current Sasuke has more jutsus (more Uchiha and rinnegan stuff). Naruto probably has more rasengan and rasen shurikens, and probably other jutsus available to hokages (reaper death and other stuff), but sasuke's been traveling this whole time using his rinnegan while naruto's been sitting on a chair signing papers. So basically, Sasuke takes this.
