Some questions about Sakura being the actual mother?

Why did Suigetsu say that the umbilical cord was taken from when Karin was born when Karin never even met Sakura or Sasuke yet? He had to have seen a box, a paper, an envelope or something that said it was from that date. I mean that's a pretty big and random assumption to make. Suigetsu doesn't strike me as being the smartest character around but he would have to be blind to mess something like that up.

The umbilical cord is in a clear box and it's pretty obvious what it was....

Suigetsu isn't stupid he just didn't understand that when the results came back and the charts were identical it meant he tested things belonging to the same person.

Basically he just couldn't differentiate a 100% match vs 50% match.
It's a rookie mistake if you've never dealt with DNA/Paternity tests tbh....

Suigetsu knew Sasuke was married to a woman other than Karin, and he knows that woman is Sarada's mother (Obviously since she is Sasuke's child). That's why he was shocked when Sarada asked him the question and said "Sasuke can't be that much of a scumbag!", he doesn't need to know Sakura personally but he knows the existence of Sasuke's wife, he just mentioned her in front of him to Oro and her child is walking around with them.

Not his fault that DNA results matched with the same persona he though the cord belonged to. One would have never guessed that it was his wife's cord seeing how it was literary impossible for it to be in their hideout without special reason which turned out to be sakura following after them
