Does it being a clone make a difference? Do clones suddenly have better reaction feats that the original user? Doesn't matter because his reaction was faster than Sasukes.

What Sasuke did in that scan wasn't a reaction/speed feat, I'm surprised it took him so long to get them out of there. if Any thing Naruto reacted first.
