I feel bad for saying it, but I don't see how Itachi doesn't win. His base skills are insane enough, mix in clone feints and his swordsmenship skills. . I'd probably favor him.

But then again we are comparing a character who hadn't fought until part 1 in a small 10 minutes battle all the way until War arc in a 5 vs 1 against an immortal.. to a guy who has had feats through out the manga.

Nah it's mid because Tsunade's a tough girl to kill. She doesn't cause him problems though. Itachi's flexibility to blitz in and out of range is solid.
