I would have said the weather weather No mi, bt Nami has already ate that fruit, we don't need two being to be able to control the weather it will ruin the series......I'm believe he ate the Atmosphere fruit, which can control the place he is in, or Space Space no mi, he can change the landscape he is in and disapear like nothing, that's why they used to call him a Ghost that can nevr be found.

What happened at Loguetown is indeed unexplanable, but at gray terminal the sound of it sounded like Haki.....I blv CoA can control the weather somehow, if I remember correctly, Luffy Haki at Marineford created wind blowing away smoke that was near the execution platform, or was that just Toei Animation mistake or what!
