Ay isnt even in the same category with his power compared to his father but is faster.

Minato was only ever faster than Ay due to FTG. at the time Ay's footspeed via V2 lightening armor was unbeatable. Minato would only be faster in footspeed than AY after his death when he got KCM.

sasuke`s jutsu is faster,which is evident when madara couldnt react to sasuke but could react to minato

now by this statement i dont mean his teleportation speed is faster,but his execution of the teleportation definitely is faster...and his follow up attack after teleportation seems faster as well,whereas minato needs marked kunais sasuke just glances and boom,there he is

Think you missed the fact that you still need fast speed to actually deliver the attack. FTG only gets you to the target, your own physical speed needs to be fast enough to hit the opponent. Edo Minato isn't as fast as Alive Minato since he's not at full power. Madara even said Tobirama who was once held the fastest of their time is no match because he can't use his full power. Madara was nerfed, he has the power to kill both Sasuke and Naruto with 1 eye alone. Let's use jutsus we know Madara knows: make 25 clones which each uses limbo that attacks Sasuke as the clones attack Naruto. Madara will use Susanoo (which he did not use once after becoming the Juubi Jin, it will be stronger than Sasuke's), Deva path (didn't use as JJ), Katon (didn't use JJ), pretha path (didn't absorb any jutsu), ect...

Sasuke's Shunshin is slower than A, Tobirama, and Minato since they have higher chakra reserve which allows them to go faster. Sasuke doesn't just look and boom. He has to use the proper chakra and switch with something that he sees. He also has to rest it after using it after certain amount of use. He couldn't use it for a whole chapter after using it on Madara. Also Sasuke only got Madara because Madara didn't care to block or else he would have used Deva path or Susanoo. He wanted his other Rinnegan to complete his goal is all.

FTG doesnt make Minato fast.

You have to be incredibly fast to be Minato,and FTG is the top of the cake.

Tobirama is a level below Minato in speed.

With KCM,its enhancing Minato aswell and his speed is probably much greater than V2

If we are talking about the tools they use for their speed status...then Minato would take that hands down because his kunai would be at the finish. That is instant.. no one can beat that.

Tobirama would come second, why because Minato up his jutsu to be faster than Tobirama's with a simple formula.

No, Sasuke takes No. 1 alone, not being biased. His footspeed combined with Ameno makes him faster than anyone else and makes him slightly quicker in certain situations. FTG is just as fast as Ameno, but Minato and Tobirama's foot speed pale in comparison to Sasuke which is important in certain scenarios.
