Wind Release (Fūton) is one of the basic five elements in Naruto. Fūton can either be very sharp and thin like a blade. Or blunt like an air cannon.

I look at wind as the calmest of the basic five elements, but at the same time it is one of the most destructive ones. It is sharp, it is quick and almost invisible. It is an unpredictable element to a certain degree. But it is also the purest one. Element of wind can take so many differing forms, from being a gust, to a tornado, to taking an almost solid like form and more. Looking at smallest parts of it, it is the sharpest element, easily being able to cut through whatever comes its path. You are correct when it comes to the abiliy to infuse wind element in differing weapons, which will just increase their potency. However, what I need to ask you is what would happen if wind and water clashed or if they were used in combination with one-another? I don't mean in a sense of a KKG but taking into account that they are found in their ''basic'' forms. Also, what would happen if wind and fire were used in combination with one another? Earth and Wind?
If wind and water clashed, I think it depends on the techniques. If it has blunt force like an air bullet, It may collide with water and cancel each other out. But if the wind technique is sharp like wind cutter, it would chop the water up into multiple pieces of water. Sorry if im confusing you.
If wind and water were used in a combo, I could see them becoming a hurricane like move. The wind would make the water become a twister.
Since wind fuels fire, it would create a huge fire technique.
Earth and wind would sorta be like s tornado. The wind would pick up the debris from the earth technique and become one.

I got your point so fret not. Anyhow, usually when countering a water technique with a wind one, you will always have to keep in mind properties of water release. Techniques which are apart of this element are usually consistant of greater mass and due to that, usually techniques which are used against them are types of gusts, tornadoes and vortexes. That is mainly due to size of that type of techniques. These type of techniques are usually also greater in magnitude, hence their ability to block water. When it comes to combination of water and wind, it is quite a useful one. However, it is not every wind technique which can be combined with that of water. You will have to keep in mind its type. Wind and water element work in similar manner as wind and fire do. This being said, a suitable wind technique will allow for increase in velocity, force and volume of a specific water techniques. A bad example for usage of a technique in combination with water would be Wind Blade. This is due to solidity and size of the said technique. Wind blade is used for its great cutting capabilities, and transparent outward aspect which allows for devious offense. On the other hand, a technique such as Hurricane Fist is great for combo usage. Firstly sending forth a technique of water and then following with a mere punching motion would give you a capability to increase force of your technique.

You are correct when it comes to this. The essence of wind release is oxygen and we all know what happens when one combines oxygen in fire in real life. Similar happens here. The fire would feed onto the oxygen which would fuel the flames and increase their potency. Increasing their brisk. Now keep in mind that wind element is weaker than that of fire in the RP. This being said a technique of wind release which is B ranked would be neutralized by a technique of fire which is C ranked, keeping in mind their properties as well as their size.
I like your answer when it comes to this. Wind and earth are two element which are neutral to one-another and usually not two which are used in combination with each-other. However using wind as to pick up debris, not just from earth techniques but also from the basic earth itself would change the clarity of a specific wind technique which is especially good for diversion. It can go to the point of even blinding an opponent.
And in the end, Wind and Lightning. Lightning is an element which is weak to wind. This is due to wind being a natural insulator of this element. They are also usually not two elements which are used in combination with one-another. Due to their natures, they are beyond the bounds of possibility to be used in conjuction. However, both elements are great in speed and their cutting capabilities are extreme, so using a wind technique, followed by a lighting one or vica-versa can end in carnage.

Kuzan grabs the piece of paper and and puts it into the palm of his right hand. He then puts his left hand on top of his right hand with the paper in the middle. Kuzan begins to focus his chakra into the piece of paper. Thinking about a fierce blade of wind cutting down a tree. Having this image in his mind helps him concentrate even more. With a small roar, he splits the paper in half with his chakra.

Good job! Let's get onto the next stage of this training. Due to knowing now that you have affinity towards this element, let's see your utilization of it. Try and focus fuuton chakra in your body before releasing it and applying basic processes of chakra manipulation (nature and shape manipulation). Nature manipulation as to give chakra characteristics of the wind and shape manipulation as to give it an exact form. First try and apply this proccesses as to create a blast of sorts and then to release the stream. Now you can choose from which part of the body you wish to release this chakra.
Kuzan begins to focus his chakra into his left hand. Using nature manipulation, Kuzan changes his chakra into wind then by using shape manipulation, Kuzan changes the raw wind into a small ball of wind that he fires from his hand towards a tree. The tree barely shakes, but a few leaves fall into the ground.
