Except that is was Edo Minato who is weaker in all ways than alive Minato (speed, strength, chakra reserve, reaction). Also I think you forgot that SM awakens the body in many ways as Pa toad put it to Naruto, Edo Minato is dead so SM can't increase his anything about his body except for his reserve. Senjutsu does power up his jutsus but overall he is slower and weaker than alive Minato; he would need to use Yin Kurama to change this. Also you forgot that Madara has the Rinnegan, is a sensor, has experienced fighting FTG users, clearly see Minato's Kunai at his feet, and plot played a role in it (Edo Minato had his arm outstretched back after teleporting to Madara but if you look at alive Minato he FTG after he's already mid-attack so he hits his target better).

That was not Minato's full speed, that's Edo Minato who is weaker than when he's alive. If it was KM or BM then he's faster but base Edo Minato is slower than Alive Minato. Shunshin depends on chakra reserve and chakra control and Edo Minato has a lower chakra reserve plus he had his chakra absorbed by the god tree not that long ago and Edo's don't replenish in minutes.

Ay is faster because the manga told me he is faster, Gai has never shown a speed feat comparable to dodging Ameterssu point blank.
