Fastest Shinobi All Time

This list will be based of their speed obviously and there limits of that speed A-B and versatility

1: Naruto: His forms make him a monster,KM was able to outspeed Ay,him in RSM is just blitz,most versatile and best speed of naruto verse.

2: Minato: Yellow Flash,FTG is Instant,and no limit to teleport,his speed and reflexes without FTG is just incredibly fast.fastest all time.Never been touched in his entire life,thats how fast.And when reincarnated,only got hit by two juubi powered shinobi,even Tobirama praised his speed being greater than his own,and he was hailed as the fastest of his time.

3: Tobirama: Has FTG aswell,was hailed as the fastest in his era,inferior to Minato but hes still fast.

4: Ay: Hailed as the fastest shinobi alive up until war ark,incredibly fast none the less.

5: Sasuke: Now now,dont cry because hes 5th..reason why is because his teleportation is not instant,and only has a range of 100 meters,still fast but it takes like 2 seconds of glaring or so then teleports within 100 meters.Not very versatile but still its something to get him on the list.



Top 5 Pure Speed,just speed A-b ,no versatility.

1: Minato

2: Naruto

3: Tobirama/Sasuke

4: Sasuke/Tobirama

5: Ay

if we round all of those up and say they have to reach a certain point then sasuke with his ameno would be the fastest(provided the point is not out of his range of ability)

and 8th gate gai is ridiculously more faster than A

minato is faster than A,but when he attacked madara,he got wrecked easily....when gai attacked madara,madara was being tossed around

and i feel like kaguya should be there...afterall sasuke and naruto(both being one of the fastest marked her as extremely fast)

Does not mean Sasukes jutsu is faster

Madara just saw the Kunai and Minato rushed with a Rasengan

Good thing about Sasukes is the fact that its full on surprising...whereas Minatos Kunai he can see and prepare for a counter

FTG is thus faster but Sasuke just needs his vision to teleport where ever.

Couldnt react because its just a full of surprise technique which gives Sasuke the upper hand rather than FTG..marks or Kunais so you can predict where they will move next etc

Example-Minato when he got his arm taken off,FTG Kunai infront of him gives him time to react,minato pops up,Madara counters.

Power vs Speed

Gai had power and speed

Does not make him faster than Minato with FTG.

And I didnt put 8th Gate Gai because if you read the thread,how is that versatile with a suicide technique.

7th gate guy definately top 10,but below Ay as I dont see him being faster.more powerful yes but faster no.
