Oh, so you watched the most important parts? If i didn't know better, you must have good senses or something! I saw at most a few parts, but must of been the trailers. Even so, the trailer pretty much didn't seem to show anything that was interesting. I guess the movie must suck, then. Boruto Movie might be better.

I'm really hoping that it's better, cause Kishimoto stated that this is one of the best things he's written so far. Let's see if it lives up the hype.

We honestly have no real way of determining his base stats as of now. But just judging from the last, his base stats have improved a lot. All things point to him being Kage level un base. Honestly its like asking if sasuke is kage tier in base, withought sharingan. He never fights like that so its a useless question really.
