On topic Hashirama was better than him until Madara got Rinnegan then they were about equal then Madara became Juubi jinchuriki GG from there.

Beginning of series sasuke is better unless Naruto used Ninetails chakra.

Then sasuke got cursemark and the were about equal.

The Naruto got Gamabunta and was superior to sasuke for the rest of part 1.

Part 2 starts and Sasuke is stronger for the first couple of arcs.

Then power ups starts appearing faster than flies to shit.

Naruto Master SM > Sasuke with MS, but Sasuke is getting better with it.

Then before Sasuke has time to catch up Naruto gets KCM and stays in the lead.

Sasuke gets EMS and is ready to Naruto's equal again, but whats this!? Naruto now has Bijuu Mode.

Sasuke still has EMS and hasn't had his own power up but he did get's some chakra from Naruto and Ooo would you look at that. It seems Naruto has mixed his BM and his SM together for even more power.

Naruto > Sasuke, Naruto and sasuke receive same amount of a power up, except Naruto gets extra tailed beast chakra from Obito, Sasuke and Naruto are now equal according to cannon. Kishi, you don't know how to logic.

So Sasuke and Naruto are equal according to cannon, Although might I add Naruto wasn't trying to kill Naruto and Sasuke and 8.5 bijuu while Naruto had .5

Well it is a merit of Hashirama if managed to stop the Kyuubi. Madara was launching 20 bijuu dama in the meantime, but Hashi won the same.

Black zetsu revived Madara and the jutsu destroyed Hashirama's jutsu.
Madara showed no signs of him destroying the jutsu, to suggest otherwise is assuming, speculating and most importantly a "hypothetical situation" You just got negged by yourself.
