And when the shins have kids with other people who are not clones they will have a different mangekyou (that is if they awaken one)They will have the sharingan though its not like the regular tomoe sharingan vary its only the mangkeyou that does that because it reflects the personal growth of the individual.

Shin's body excepts all DNA as his own.

And once a shin gets with a female (You know what they are ?) They will conceive a child one with his genes and one with the females genes.

Since now that uchiha's dna is his that is what will be passed down through him.

Sasuke is one person and i am nowhere near being the best mathematician in the world but i most certainly counted more than one shin.

Which brings me to another point.

All the clans with kekegenkai kept it in the blood.

The uchiha bloodline can't live on through sasuke alone indefinitely and will dilute eventually.

Shins offspring can eventually breed with each other as there will be a higher percentage of half blooded uchiha through the shins at one given time with each offspring potentially making the blood more pure down the line.
