There is a timeline plot hole. Naruto was not Hokage in The Last's ending

Well that would be SP's fault. The Last is technically non canon since it's a movie. Kishi is also to blame for not telling SP all the details or simply not caring. Another example would be Naruto's KCM seen in Gaiden looks nothing like KCM seen in The Last or Boruto.

2 & half years passed when the last happened also sasuke stayed in the village for a couple of months when he left sakura hair has grown longer so that would make it around 3 years , karin stated her and sakura went out looking for sasuke it must of took sometime & when Killer B spoke to the 8 tails about going to see naruto they said he has a busy position now most likely him just becoming hokage also with the might guy ask kakashi shouldn't he be at the meeting naruto should have been experience for a kage meeting if they've had one already before?

Sasuke had to be gone for at least a decade. Meaning Naruto would've been Hokage for roughly just as long.
