I feel like Kishimoto would have spoon fed the fact that he is if that's the case.

Also, was it explained how he has MS?

EDIT: The colors in his arm? Damn, it is Shisui! I guess he gives us fans too much credit when in reality everything needs to be spoon fed.

Show me the scan referring to the "colors" in danzo's shoulder and arm. I'm pretty sure that at the Kage summit, the only chakra color mentioned was in his eye, which in fact was Shisuis.

I need a viz scan of this brb and wouldn't make sense. shin has blond/white hair as a kid while shisui had black hair. Oro also said shin wasn't actually an uchiha.

Yeah it makes sense. Think about it, the shins have to have some Uchiha genes in them. Everytime they are cloned, each one comes out with a fresh new sharingan, that shouldn't happen unless the original had a sharingan also.

Right. So he is a "universal donor" and a "universal receiver" but that doesn't necessarily mean that his chakras change to suit any host.

If he changed chakras when transplanted to a new host, Danzo's arm would be made of Danzo's chakra. But it's not, it's Shisui's chakra, which means Shin was made of Shisui's DNA.

Even "real" human transplants don't change chakra. Shisui's eye didn't become Danzo's eye after transplanted, even a decade later it is still very clearly Shisui's eye, the same with this arm.

Shin Sr. is a version 1 clone, Shin Jr. are all version 2 clones.

Plus, even if Danzo's arm was taken from a version 2 shin jr. clone, it would still be exactly identical genetically to the original, which would still mean it's Shisui, as Ao stated.

Well, It can't be right because iirc shisui had both arms when he talked to itachi and the chances of shisui being brought back as a edo tensei would be significantly higher or would've been mentioned by kabuto.

Well yeah, but Orochimaru didn't need the whole arm, just a portion of DNA, and he never really seemed to care about DNA for his Edo Tensei collection except for the previous Hokage. He wasn't as big of a collector as Kabuto, as Kabuto stated he had to collect every single shinobi that he brought back himself, which means Orochimaru had no part in the collection.

And judging by Kabuto's interactions with the Shins, it seems he didn't have any interest or knowledge of them previously.
