He doesn't really look like them, his face actually seems to somewhat resemble Omoi's. Don't forget Kishi makes familial resemblances obvious.

Edit: on a second thought, Darui and Samui are perhaps more likely. If, of course, his parents aren't unknown. The lower part of his face made me think of Omoi due to the cheek (as Omoi was always with a lollipop), I guess.
