Did you even read the conditions? Tsukyomi is not taijutsu, this is a straight up taijutsu match

Naruto outpaced the Raikage with lightning armor and intent to kill, with KCM. Add in Naruto being split in to 5 bodies and fighting simultaneously at 5 locations with KCM. And that Naruto was trying to talk to Itachi and Nagato, and not seal them. Puts the fight into context.

The Edos stamina is only at capacity as they were alive, except with infinite amount of chakra. Taijutsu doesn't take much chakra to use if any. Everything Itachi performed Taijutsu wise he could do healthy easily.
