Its called development. Sakura's got none of it, she is the same girl she was in part 1 only older while Karin matured tremendously. Helping out the wife of the guy she was obsessed with, just wanting Sasuke to be happy even if it wasnt with her and supporting that same woman who is with the guy she was obsessed with.

No it isn't, it's tiny and weaker compared to Hashi's.
