Can salad really be Hokage?

It was all good just a week ago. People saying she'd be some OP Uchiha/Uzumaki hybrid who'd wreck Bolt but now its been revealed she is Sakuras biological child. Salad wants to be Hokage, but can a 3 tomoe really do it? That seems to be her max potential now unless she take one of the Shins eyes because I doubt Cho-Cho is dying.

And that would complete the pattern of future Hokage being trained by a Hokage or in Minato's case, a student of a Hokage which is what Kohohamaru already is. Bolt doesn't want to become Hokage, so it's all up to Sarada.

How is she not a true Uchiha? Do you really think that previous Uchiha never married outside of the clan? As long as you are born from an Uchiha and inherited the Sharingan, then that makes you a true Uchiha. Things would be different if Sarada never gained the sharingan.
