If kakashi warps anyone away Obito brings him back. And Gai can't just go hirudora'ing all susano's that show up. Hiashi gets murked at the beggining.

Not only is it not as big as the Juubi, but as big as it's hand, an attack being the same size as a Bijuu, or rather a little bit smaller in this case, doesn't mean squat when talking about it's offensive power. Hiashi's air palm doesn't even have the feats to scratch Sasuke's V2 Susanoo let alone Madara's V2 and up.
