Thats your logic, not mine. In the manga there are only two types of susanoo, standard and perfect. Every character simply refer to it as "susanoo". Not V1 or V3. Only susanoo and perfect susanoo, Mangafact.

How are both weaker? Manga facts did not state Naruto got rusty only Sasuke dud. In fact, that wasn't even prime, sasuke wasn't even used to his rinnegan than. But now he is, and he can dimension hop, and most likely can use other Rinnegan techs as well, at least a whole lot better than before, he can control the concentration of Ameterasu to little flaming flickers, in the movie...well you saw him use rasengans, and have a light saber duel with Kinshiki. Only Naruto got rusty, don't try to put sasuke in that category too because Sasuke was depowered and wasn't even trying to kill
