Boruto doesn't have either. The only thing he has is Uzumaki DNA but it didn't help Naruto much since the only Jutsus he ever learned are Rasengan, Shadow Clones and Sexy No Jutsu...

Sarada on the other hand has big potential with Sharingan...

For Rinnegan, Sarada needs Indra's chakra and Ashura's chakra. She has neither. And even after obtaining both, she will only awaken Rinnegan near death.

No, Indra's and Ashura's chakra is exclusive to one person at a time since it is a reincarnation, not the usual passing down of chakra. And only transfers to the next transmigrants when the current transmigrants die. This case of reincarnations is different from the usual chakra inheritance. The previous containers of Indra and Ashura's chakra were Madara and Hashirama respectively. After they died, their chakra passed down to Sasuke and Naruto respectively i.e. Indra reincarnated in Sasuke and Ashura reincarnated in Naruto. As long as they are living, Indra and Ashura will stay within them. What Sarada and Boruto will gain is the usual chakra of the clans, like Sarada gains Uchiha's regular chakra and Boruto gains Uzumaki's regular chakra.

Both him and Sarada are the children of Hagoromo's incarnates so please refrain from denying that the chakra they inherited is diluted Rikudou chakra and hence just as potent as BSM/EMS chakra, it's the reason Sarada has bad eyesight
