Kurama didn't say he was weak at fanfic. If Sasuke didn't enter his avatar and naruto had his gaurd up that wouldn't have happened. Attack couldn't even kill naruto. Sasuke can only do the sword thing if somebody is trying to rush him and his sword isn't in hand. His jutsu works by shifting spaces..

Not faster, but more OP than FTG. It depends on the distance, however if Sasuke and Minato battles, he can use Rinnegan Shift Minato's Kunais to his position and take him out from then, I agree with that part. However, the problem for Sasuke is that he only need to know which one of the Kunais Minato is going to teleport to.

Even though, people already saw how Minato teleported Juubi's Dama away, and even scattered the Kunais ready for the Hokages to teleport around the Juubi without anyone noticing it. That's a true speed and reflex.

The reason why you Sasuke fans says he is faster, that's because Sasuke's attacks are stronger and faster than Minato when both of them becomes vulnerable, but not faster than FTG itself.

I think you already know this, and no need to explain.
