A cop suffered an attempted robbery in Mosque in Rio de Janeiro, and ended up killing one of the thieves. The second thief in the video was arrested. The cop was wounded grazed in the head. A gun was seized with the assailants.

Except that if the carjackers saw his police ID and/or his gun, he would either have 70 holes all over his body, or would be taken to a favela and get burnt alive. Happens a lot down here.
