Kaguya attacked Kakashi when Naruto and Sasuke were in the background. Kaguya destroyed Kakashi's PS, Kakasi dodged the attack, attacked her and wounded her, and only after that Naruto and Sasuke came in to the play. They combo'd Kaguya only after Kakashi fought and wounded her.
Kaguya could fly and had a S/T and better reflexes and body speed than Madara, still she was hit by Kakashi's thrust with Kamui Raikiri without being able to counter or dodge it.
It sound based on manga feats. Linbo is as fast as real Madara's body (if not faster since it's dojutsu) and it wasn't that fast compared to Sasuke or Naruto, who could handle its speed with relative ease; Naruto dodged it even without RSM. Naruto and Sasuke were heavily pressured by Kaguya's S/T and DMS Kakashi's long range Kamui outspeeded that by far...
So Naruto fights without killing intent and Sasuke fights with killing intent plus an external power, both fall after the fight and Sasuke admits his loss (even if he tried harder than Naruto), and by other feats Sasuke < Naruto, but to you Naruto = Sasuke? Seems logical.

Your opinions are valid but the Manga trumps it.

1: Kakashi above Madara, Naruto and Sasuke is biggest flaw your list has for several reasons.
[Fact.]
2: 3 Eyes Madara is Immortal and IT is too HAX. [Fact.]
3: DMS Kakashi attacks doesn't have the speed required to land any blows on Naruto / Sasuke in a 1vs1.
[Fact.]
4: Sasuke has too much attacks that would cancel out Kakashi Kamui Powers and his Genjutsu is too HAX.
[Fact.]
5: The 4 above manga fact / statements disagrees with your opinion.

Madara said he was immortal. That doesn't make him immortal. Actually, he was killed. Kakashi can easily avoid Mugen Tsukuyomi by teleporting in the other dimension with Kamui, and coming back once the effect finished.
Kakashi's physical attacks landed blow on Kaguya, who was effortlessy dodging Sasuke and was fighting Naruto without much trouble. Kakashi's jutsu were fast enough to overcome Kaguya's, who were troubling both Naruto and Sasuke. So sadly it's completely the opposite.
None of Sasuke's attacks will probably effect Kakashi nor he can defend from his old master. Sasuke attacked Kaguya with Chidori, and Kaguya dodged it flawlessy; Kakashi attacked a stronger and faster version of Kaguya, and Kaguya wasn't able to counter, let alone dodge his thrust, and got wounded. Sasuke's reflexes aren't fast enough to do anything against long range Kamui, since Sasuke was helpless against Kaguya's S/T, and Kakashi's long range Kamui proved to be faster than that. Kakashi can Kamui phase to avoid trouble with Amenotejikara, and also camp away in Susanoo or move with Kamui teleporting, since Amenotejikara has a range limit.

Your argument for Kakashi being above Madara is terrible. For one, using Authority of the Gods to send someone to another dimension isn't defeat, especially when Kakashi can still access the dimension. The technique, as fast as it is, probably works on anyone, so if you put him above Madara, also put him above Hagoromo as he can't escape it either. Going by that logic, you should also have Shisui above most people because his Distinguished Heavenly Gods works on anyone he takes eye contact upon. Authority of the Gods: Lightning Cutter also wouldn't work on Madara straight-up because he's far too fast. If he did manage to get him with it by surprise somehow, Madara could easily send a Limbo shadow out to instantly kill him.

It is defeat. The opponent is imprisoned in a dimension he can't leave forever while the owner of the dimension is fine and can do whatever he wants. Also, you are mistaking because Kakashi doesn't have to warp all the body, transferring the person alive in the other dimension where he is imprisoned. That's 1MS Obito's version: Kakashi can warp only a part of the body and he can easily warp only the head or only the heart to kill his objective.
Kakashi's Kamui Raikiri worked on Kaguya who is faster and has better reflexes than Madara. It would be logically work on Madara. Yeah that is if Madara can tank the hit, but if Kakashi cuts his head off he won't...

The opponent can do whatever he wants as well. They are seperated, and if Kakashi has the means to get there, then he is cowarding out of the battle as he won't fight the opponent. Not to mention Kakashi has never been shown able to teleport only a part of something outside of being disturbed.
Authority Of The Gods: Lightning Cutter only worked on Kaguya because she was surprised he didn't die from All Killing Ash Bones. You'd be suggesting that he is faster than Sasuke with Heavenly Hand Power, which is untrue. As for surprising, even if Kakashi managed to cut Madara's head off, he'd survive as he is immortal. That wouldn't happen though because there would be four shadows with the Six Paths Sage Mode all surrounding him watching every angle.

- You're using a weakened/drained Kaguya to measure Kakashi against others, even though she still broke his PS.
- That's the same as saying Sakura, Naruto and Sasuke trumps Madara because they touched Kaguya.
- Are you trolling? Kaguya changed dimension twice and tanked her chakra just to avoid Sasuke power. She used god level Taijutsu against his giant Susanoo which she actually closely dodged.

- Are you actually saying Kakashi hitting the giant rabbit is a spreed feat?
- Did you not see Sasuke reaction and foot speed matched KCM Naruto in chapter 632.
- All your statements seems to imply that you're weren't thinking while replying.
- Kaguya literally opened a dimension portal behind Sasuke and Naruto, Stood where she was and pushed her hand alone through to grab him.
- When was Kakashi Kamui Shuriken shown to be superior to Ksguya S/T? When did Kaguya use any S/T against Kakashi?
- CT would still kill him the moment his intangible time runs out.
It was shown that Sasuke Ameno could teleport across mountains of distance when using it witn Susanoo just like Kamui shuriken.

I don't get what are you saying, he just has to teleport in the other dimension once Madara starts Mugen Tsukuyomi, and come back when its effect finished.
Kaguya was stronger and faster than ever because she absorbed a lot of chakra from all the Mugen Tsukuyomi victims in the world. Upper left panel. She was weakened at all when Kakashi fought, countered and wounded her: at the opposite, she was more powerful than ever.

Definitely not. Because Sakura only touched Kaguya because Kakashi's Perfect Susanoo launched her above Kaguya when Kaguya was already wounded by Kakashi and was troubled by Naruto and Sasuke with the seals ready flanking herm otherwise she was complete fodder; Sasuke never managed to do anything to Kaguya (his physical attacks were dodged, Susanoo was stomped more than once and Amaterasu was absorbed) while Naruto managed to hold his own pretty well, but he did that against Kaguya before she powered up, while Kakashi quickly countered all of her moves in the most powerful version. Naruto and Sasuke fought a Kaguya less powerful than the one Kakashi fought, and did that with worse results.
This is even worse for Sasuke and better for Kakashi, because a less powerful version of Kaguya could manage to use her dojutsu and fly away before Sasuke could reach her with Chidori after Amenotejikara; a more powerful version of Kaguya couldn't even react to Kakashi's dash with Kamui Raikiri and get helplessy wounded.

Kakashi's long range Kamui was a lot faster than Kaguya's S/T, he used it to outspeed and warp away Kaguya's portal before it could neg Naruto, this is the same portal that nearly blitzed Naruto and completely blitzed Sasuke.
