I want to discuss a little bit about momoshiki's name and the type of clothes he wears also info on kinshikis club. Here we go.
Momoshiki is dressed like a Heian noble, same as Kaguya. That's how the nobility dressed in Japan a thousand years ago.

Momoshiki's name means "hundred stones," which is used poetically to describe the walls of a castle. Most famously known from a poem titled "Momoshiki Ya" written by one of Japan's emperors who was exiled shortly after the end if the Heian period, "In this ancient house, / Paved with a hundred stones, / Ferns grow in the eaves; / But numerous as they are, / My old memories are more."
The weapon Kinshiki is using is a Japanese club, usually depicted as the weapon of choice for oni (ogres) in Japanese folk art.
