I thought everybody already knew this. He didn't get Hashirama cells. He got hashirama chakra from hashirama himself. That's how he was able to meet with the sage. Only Naruto has Hashi cells.

Then what was Kabuto injecting into Sasuke? Sasuke's own DNA? That doesn't make sense, nor would he have the requirments for the Rinnegan.

If Hagoromo spirit came out because of Madara's Rinnegan, why need to wait until Hashirama touch Madara's lower body. What purpose was Hashirama there?

well we first saw hagoromo right after he got one rinnegan and became a jinchuuriki right? (when he met naruto and sasuke) so it is not a stretch to believe hagoromo could appear earlier if he wanted....or maybe he could only express his spirit through madara when madara was dead,who knows

Kabuto already told us what he was doing. He seems to be filling up the hole madara made in his heart. Just because looks like he is injecting something in sasuke does not mean he is giving sasuke hashi cells. That is just fanfic.

He specifically said he was using Hashirama's cells. Nothing fictional about that.
