I believe kabuto only healed sasuke with hashi's cells and that doesnt mean sasuke has SENJU DNA...and even if he has it it doesnt mean anything as sasuke couldnt awaken the rinnegan with hashi's cells that dont contain ashura's chakra anymore anyway....sasuke awakened his special rinnegan by receiving full YIN chakra

does it matter what side he was on? nope he was told to raise his "dominant hand" people can be ambidextrous but prefers a specific hand. Sasuke prefers his left. Mangafacts. it is just your opinion that it would look awkward. Manga states other wise.

Hashi cells do still contain Ashura chakra, proven when Hagoromo appeared because of Ashura (Hashirama), Indra (Madara's legs), and the Juubi's chakras were in one place

But Hagoromo never saying anything about Rinnegan.

Hashirama touched Rikudou Madara's lower body(no rinnegan) and suddenly Hagoromo spirit appeared and old man explained it to Edo Kages.

If Hagoromo spirit came out because of Madara's Rinnegan, why need to wait until Hashirama touch Madara's lower body. What purpose was Hashirama there?

I know Madara love Hashirama, but thats not the reason.

I just had to clear this up, i made a similar thread the other day about this topic.
I'm a Sasuke fan and he's my favorite character in the verse but no where was it stated that Sasuke poses Senju dna and if you are bring up the entire Kabuto statement

if Sasuke had Jugo's DNA he would have been able to absorb Nature chakra in the war and would be able to use Senjutsu Susano'o without Jugo. secondly if you "read" and comprehend both Kabuto and Jugo only use the cells for healing, otherwise Sasuke would have their powers which was clearly not the case.

Then Hagoromo's extra yin chakra allowed him to surpass the Rinnegan. Without it, he'd be just like Indra with only an Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. He doesn't carry their other abilities, such as passively absorbing nature energy and the wood-style due to only a portion of his body consisting of the cells. That means his body only becomes able to be compatible with their chakra as they were merged somewhat. This is unlike Obito and Madara, whose DNA were modified in order to carry Hashirama's attributes, so far as to being able to completely heal and make usable an artificial arm immediately.

I thought everybody already knew this. He didn't get Hashirama cells. He got hashirama chakra from hashirama himself. That's how he was able to meet with the sage. Only Naruto has Hashi cells.
