I'd say he beats everyone except Deidara, Itachi, Nagato and Obito. Hidan and Kakuzu could tank his stuff to some point, but I'd assume Guy would be able to smash Hidan's head and use Hirudora to break through Domu. Idk about Orochimaru though. If it's Zetsu body Orochimaru, he'd get trolled by Mayfly atm and would have a hard time putting him down so I'd say Orochimaru wins.

Exactly, base Gai outdid Obito in CQC and didn't allow himself to get warped. When Torune was getting warped, he managed to touch Obito's arm. Gated Gai's striking speed far exceeds that, and should easily be able to outspeed Obito's warping speed.
