Is this force enough to stand up against the Navy?

luffys nakama win because of shanks and the whitebeard pirates.

you can also add dragon because he was seen saving luffy from smoker so that counts as somewhat of an interaction.

You got a Yonko(Shanks), a PK level crew(SHs), and the WB pirates, plus every ally, that's more than enough.

That's what I'm thinking, I hope in the final war that the Navy is severly beefed up.

The Marines are already strong. They defeated the WB pirates with two healthy admirals remaining, Sengoku, Garp and the warlords. We have no clue how powerful Greenbull is. If anything, Oda is making Luffy have a lot of alliances so he doesn't get man handled in the final arc with the overwhelming amount of power the Marines have.

So far Luffy has dressrosa, happou navy, barts crew, Cavendish and crew, Law and crew, will most likely eventually have Wano, the revs, Hancock and crew, plus his own Pk level crew maybe more but this is how its looking right now.

Luffy ain't on good terms with any Yonko except Shanks who may not even make it to the war. But yet even with the OPs line up you still gave it to the WG.

And we'd be equally right and equally wrong. You see how that makes discussing a problem? Discussions based on how strong people will be ten years from now either go nowhere, or to shit.

You do realize Luffy can be weaker than Garp and the Admirals and still become PK? Requirements to be PK are be captain of the crew that finds One Piece and sails all over the world. Yes, surpassing those people yields great chance of that,but it's not completely necessary. There's also the fact that Roger and Garp almost killed each other, but neither could finish the other, which means about even strength. That alone disproves the fanmade notion that PK>everyone.

So the WG will win come EOS.

When did I say he'd lose EOS? Please, point me to this magical omniscient psychic that told you this is the exact match-up for EOS. Or was it Oda himself? He replies to your SBS letters privately?
