I believe Orchimaru planned to take over Karin's body and Karin refused, so Orchimaru tried to force himself on karin, but karin put up a fight and almost got the best of orchimaru in a 1v1 (Mind you oro is very old at this point), so he had to make it a 3v1 with his experiment's (Juubimon- adult & Shin) and then they overpowered Karin and Orchimaru proceeded to do a full transfromation and during that transformation, the juubimon started to eat small portions of karin's flesh (Similar to a chimera ant), specifically near her bite marks wear you receive chakra, while orchimaru wasn't paying attention, Orchimaru quickly looked over and seen and slapped the juubimon away
Shin then got mad and said how could you do such a thing he was hungry,( Adult Shin was good at one point), then orchimaru gave him a speech about how they are just experiments and how they you guys live for me, then bit him and give him a curse mark, Shin then screamed in agony and after a few minutes got mad and got shin jr and juubimon and left the hideout, while orchimaru succeed and got Karin's body, (Explains why he's so young)
Then Adult shin alone in the forest hungry and scared with his son shin jr and juubimon, started realized what orchimaru said about kids living for the adults and started becoming more twisted (Due to curse mark), then he started killing people for money and several months later started experimenting on juubimon and shin, then Shin multiplied and Shin started to do what orchimaru did and started mistreating them, two months later Juubimon was pregnant (Mind you this is adult juubimon)
He then gave birth to a female child (Karin due to juubimon eating her flesh) and a infant juubimon (due to senju and juubi na he was born around 8 years old in juubi age), Shin was about to kill the baby and juubimon kid, but juubimon-adult stopped him and then shin-adult killed juubimon adult, juubimon then grabbed the baby and ran out of there hideout, Shin-jr asked if he should chase them, but shin-adult said nah let them go
Then Sasuke Was walking around the forest on his life journey quest, then juubimon ran in some bushes because he was scared of human Sasuke leaving the baby (Karin) out in the open by accident, Sasuke then seen the Baby and Picked her up, confused why she would be outhere and Named her "Salada" THE END.
It make sense because
(Karin) gets revenge on Juubimon Son
