OT: Sakura w/ seal is as strong as any ninja bar naruto, sasuke, hashirama, madara. I dont think she can beat Obito, Minato, Tobirama, or Guy, but she would put up a really good fight and is probably stronger than or on at least the same level as the Kage of the other villages. Also what needs to be considered is that her toughest challenges will be the people that ninja cannot touch or keep up with, which is why i stated the above ninja. IF Sakura lands 1-2 hits on an opponent then she will more than likely win.

In terms of ninjutsu, she is a very strong, kage level shinobi.

she does not, however specialize in direct combat, much like her mentor.

She can't beat any of the senpai akatsuki members 4 example. Her strength lies in support.

the sannin aren't supposed to be equal in combat capability.
they are equal in stature, which is based on their reputation, which is in turn based on their ninjutsu, of which, has been ostensibly quantified throughout.

Their trio of ninjutsu repertoires are all quite different...

Tsunade isn't as good a fighter as jiraiya, but he isn't as good in support & he can't heal people at all

Well I did say 3 or 4, and I dont thionk we should sleep on Hinata, Truth is that Salad didnt get all her battle ability from Sasuke, if Boruto is to be anywhere near as strong as Salad he will have to be strong and he will have inherited ability or battle prowness from both his father and mother. So to say that Hinata is weak would be an injustice to boruto. But your right, from feats displayed she deserves to be under shikamaru. As for sakura she isnt some push over ninja, chances are that out side of Naruto and Sasuke she is the strongest ninja in the village. Ive also stated that Sakura more than likely cant beat the peopel in that tier but it doesnt mean she doesnt belong there, but what sakura lacks in speed she make up in shear strength and durability.
