Hype-wise? Mei wins.

Feat-wise? Darui wins. She hadn't shown anything that would protected her from Darui's Ranton or even allow her to avoid it. With no knowledge, even if she does dodge the ranton, she doesn't know that he can control the direction. At long range, Mei's acid will take some time to reach Darui. Her Yoton can easily be dodged by her as well. Not only that, but Darui's emotion wave would fill the pipe lines with electrified water, leaving her with no way to escape.

Except that Mei doesn't fall under those categories. Have u not seen the scale of her lava? It had madara on the run and her mist can cover a wide rang while being corrosive. She doesn't even have to chase u, u better kill her before her acid bodies u
