All Sharingan Genjutsu can be countered

There are instances all throughout the manga were sharingan genjutsu of any caliber were countered.

3 tomoe- I just watched the Deidara vs Sasuke fight again, and somehow Deidara trained, yes simply trained his eye to counter Sasukes genjutsu. That's a helluva feat maybe that's how Hashi and Tobi fought the Uchiha all them years.

MS Genjutsu- Danzo countered it with a curse mark. It was placed earlier in the fight, nonetheless it was countered.

Tsukiyomi - 3 tomoe Sasuke broke (this is speculative), and Oro was about to break out of it which is why Itachi cut his arm off so soon.

Koto- once someone tells you you're in koto you can awaken from it.


Itachi: "all genjutsu fails in front of these eyes." Well I guess u don't need genjutsu u just need to think a little.

Orochimaru wasn't trapped in Tsukuyomi. If he were, it would be over in around three seconds. According to Itachi, Tsukuyomi can only be broken by Uchihas.

Deidara did it but that's one guy in the whole of NV basically confirming that it's nearly impossible to learn how to see through genjutsu

Deidara also failed to see through the illusion the 2nd time Sasuke used genjutsu on him

Oro failed to stop Sasuke's transmigration process which was done via genjutsu

Danzo had a full arm with Sharingan transplanted into him and the fact Itachi was dead made it easier for him to question whether he was in an illusion

Danzo also failed to see through Sasuke's genjutsu at the end of the fight thinking he still had one eye open

Sasuke broke out of Tsukuyomi because his dojutsu prowess was beyond any Mangekyo user including Madara's

Not necessarily. Sasuke was ok after he countered. By ok I mean compared to kakashis state

A couple things wrong.

@bold Danzo countered the MS Genjutsu through his Sharingan, not the curse mark. The curse mark was only used to bind Sasuke.

@underlined And Itachi never put Oro under Tsukuyomi. It was normal Sharingan Genjutsu.

I was listening until that last statement. Forget how subjective what u said is, BZ said was holding back and if he wasn't Sasuke'll be dead. Itachi also just had a fight right before he fought Sasuke. He broke out simply because Itachi let him, Itachi wasn't rly gonna take his eye it was all a ruse

Sharingan and MS Genjutsu can be countered by SOME people (even Kage level shinobis such as Ay and S class shinobis such as Konan failed against it). However, Tsukuyomi and KA are GG, no one can negate that. You'll never know you're under KA, it's stealthy.
