SOM : IC for Bee, even if he will kill them whenever he can, IC for Kakuzu but he's deadly serious here, he won't even talk or comment, he'll just try to capture and will exploit anything to win. Hidan is IC and take the situation lightly.

Restrictions : KB isn't going to bust out BM since we'll assume that people are in the zone, Hidan and Kakuzu will avoid killing Bee unless he's too overwhelming. Bee can still bust out V2/V1.

Starting Distance : Both are on the opposite ends of the tiny , circle-like "arena" where KB fought with Taka first. Hidan and Kakuzu are right next to each other.

Round 2 : No restrictions, bloodlusted.
Round 3 : KB has Samehada with him, Kakuzu start with his hearts out.

He only needs to defeat the masks and Hidan with V2, and take care of Kakuzu with v1.

But he can't do any of that? If he does get one mask down, Kakuzu's going to pull them all back within his own body, or even merge with them in his EGF modes, so that Bee can still be intercepted if he tries to use raiton. Hell if Kakuzu notices that he cant harm Bee that's what he'll most likely do anyways.
