It matters to me not gonna lie. One reason is that I don't believe Sasuke is a cheater or a "scumbag." I don't get how some people claim to be a Sasuke fan yet they are okay with him possibly taking Sarada away from her true mother and giving her to another woman, cheating on Sakura and also lied to Sarada by omission about the true identity of her mom. Not to mention Naruto will be incredibly disappointed in Sasuke. What kind of development is that for him? Sasuke is supposed to be a changed man. It's not like before where he was full of hate and wanted revenge.

Same. Kishi pretty much gave away the answer right there. Only people are making it seem complicating than it already is.

It won't effect Sasuke's character since he made it clear in part 1 and part 2 that he is not interested in Sakura. Plus knowing the fact that he was the least bit obssesed one out of the two. All of it will only go back on Sakura. People will wonder why she chose Sasuke all over again. Not to mention how most of Sasuke fans care about his character outside of pairings.
