Naruto is twice stronger than he was at ninja war

During the war when Naruto got Kurama's respect, Naruto got all of Kurama's power. And when he got it, he tied in a clash against tailed beats 1-7. Now that he was both Yin and Yang Kurama, he must be really strong now. In his battle with Toneri, Naruto had half of his power and still won, and he showed improvements from the war.

Yes I agree. The Seventh Hokage just keeps getting better after every battle. This is one thing I admire about Naruto, he never gets weaker after having tamed Kurama. He also showed a lot of improvements after the War Arc and is consistent with his abilities as well.

When naruto fought Kaguya or sasuke that was his prime, he had great battle instinct and was battle ready. As time went on naruto has gotten weaker, naruto in war arc could if beat gaiden sasuke ( regardless of sasuke improvement) . However gaiden naruto just declined naruto strength
