The fact here is that Tsunade would most likely just kill him right where he'd stand. The distance is only 30 meters. Tsunade is the one who landed a killing hit on edo Madara.
Also, Tsunade is capable of using chakra scalpels, which are > webs.
Tsunade would break the gold armor and kill Kidomaru with a punch/kick. A physical manifestation of chakra is much stronger than some weird golden thing coming out of him. :|

And they're in a forest. And acting out of character. Tsunade could just pick up a tree and use it like a bat, protecting herself from the webs and slamming Kidomaru around. But nothing like this is actually needed.

Neji was only able to counter via Full Body Blow, and Tsunade cannot perform techniques such as that.

Spiders Webs allow Kidomaru to gain range quickly, and easily, and/or spider summons would do the trick even better. It'd break the armor yes, but as I said before it'd reform via sweat gland re-appliance.

Thing is, honest. Tsunade can't counter Kidomaru due to him being the perfect counter to her Range > CQC

Having good eyesight doesn't make him faster.
Tsunade closes the same distance in the same time Mei performs one handseal, and she isn't slow.
Tsunade is blitzing him even by feats and not just assumption.
No, the armor would be broken and Kidomaru would be dead.

If Tsunade did get stuck in the web, she would summon Katsuyu. Katsuyu could provide Tsunade protection and seek out Kidomaru.

Tsunade can pretty much summon 5% Katsuyu, have it evelope her, and literally plow right through any and every attack Kidomaru throws at her. Not even his CM2 arrows would be effective, because he can't see Tsunade. Once within close range, it's game over. I highly doubt his golden armor defenses is >/= ribcage susano'o. Plus, gold and metal conduct electricity, BPD (which works by transforming chakra into electricity) should penetrate right through it. Without Katsuyu, she surely loses though. Pretty badly.

With Katsuyu, she wins without difficulty, his gold arrows won't harm her if Katsuyu is here, and then can s̶p̶e̶e̶d̶ ̶b̶l̶i̶t̶z̶ Kidōmaru, without Katsuyu : Kidomaru beats her but he won't hurt her as bad as he did against Neji tho'.

It would be a good fight.
