If you look closely, sasuke sword is glowing blue. Most likely channelling chakra.

No dude lightning would shine much brighter than that. What u r referring to is just his sword in the moon light. If you look at the lightning before hand it shines just as bright as the other guy's light weapon

The reason why you don't actually see the lightning energy around the sword is because it was canceled out in the physical clash. That is why the energy completely vanishes upon collision. As you can see, when the energy clashes, Sasuke is seen behind it. So its safe to assume the lightning was enveloping the blade, and he moved at such speed that it gave the illusion that his entity was covered in the energy because it was so built up in a wide spread. The reason why the other guy's blade still glows is either because it was strong enough to cancel it, or its a chakra saber similar to Tobirama's Thunder Blade.

well. I thought it was Sasuke just like the 4th hokage, who was known as the yellow flash because you see a yellow flash when he moved so fast and solo everybody.
