What's the use of Ninjas anymore?

"United", the world is unite so long as nobody does anything stupid, like Sasuke said, the world was only united because a threat like Madara was coming/came. Also it just seems like tradition at this point, ninjas did have other mission besides just going into battle. Being a ninja also just makes life easier for the individual, people are going to be people, so just because it looks like peace doesn't mean, criminals don't exist, there's no such thing by human means as a true Utopia.

The nations aren't fighting anymore, they assumed groups like the Akutsuki are gone, seeing as there hadn't been an attack in 20 years, Oro obviolusly hasn't attacked anyone, Madara is gone, they thought the Ootsutsuki were gone, as in enemies like Kagyua. It seems like nothing has happened for 20 years which would impose a threat

People seem to believe that just because this era is relatively peaceful, it means that no problems exist in the world and that there will never be any problems again.

1. No, all the nations are not united. The 5 great nations seem to be in agreement, but there are other smaller countries such as the secretive Amegakure, Kusagakure (the grass village), Otogakure (the sound village), Takigakure (the waterfall village), etc...

2. Humans will still fight over things like money, natural resources, etc...

3. Shinobi and ninjutsu still have other purposes such as putting out fires, finding lost pets, etc...

4. World peace wouldn't get rid of common criminals like normal bank robbers, purse snatchers, shop lifters, etc...
