Assuming that Madara can regenerate yet is killable and can't use any of the Six Paths due to having only one Rinnegan, Kakashi puts up a good fight. Their Susano'o will probably end up stalemating so then it would come down to basic techniques in which case Kakashi is going to end up losing when he attempts to counterattack. He'd end up eventually using Authority of The Gods: Lightning Cutter (Kamui Raikiri) and while Madara takes major damage, Limbo would instantly come out and perform a near-death hit to Kakashi.

Madara wins with medium-hard difficulty.

He can't use PS without the other eye nor can Bijuu Dana even hurt him due to Kamui. And no, Limbo can't use his jutsu nor does immortality matter in S1 since Madara can't escape the Kamui dimension.

Madara already stated you need both Sharingan to awaken their full power. Full power of Madara's Sharingan is PS. Using Susanoo means nothing since it was only v3.

Equal ability doesn't refer to all individual abilities. Not the same thing. Madaras clones have equal stats to Madara himself. That's enough to prove that statement. When someone can show me them using Ninjutsu, then we can talk. Every single time they have appeared they have used Taijutsu, even when attacked by Ninjutsu. Even when ninjutsu would be helpful.

"Awaken" does not carry the same meaning as to simply "use" or "utilize".

Portrayal wise madara is superior,
howevver not seeing how he manages to damage rikudo PS, or tank its attacks, so kakashi should be able to win based on feats

Which is irrelevant, because if Madara can't awaken his full powers without his other eye, then he can't use said powers either. If what you are saying, or implying, made any sense, then Madara wouldn't say that he needs another eye to use the full potential of the Sharingan.
