Frankly, imo, Boruto is a selfish d.i.c.k who is taking away screen time from other characters who could be much more well developed (such as Konohomaru whom Kishi honoured by having the second chapter of Naruto named after and this is b4 Sasuke).
1) If Boruto is a "prodigy", thus he not realise his own grandparents are dead and no1 was there 4 Naruto? Does he not realise tht there are no pics of Naruto and his family together? And then he has the audacity to say to Hinata "I wish I had no parents instead of having you"
2)The same cliche story: "My dads generation saved the world and made it so very boring. I will surpass him and get stronger". First of all, how is Kishi gonna make Boruto stronger thn his dad who is literally half the s06p? The character itself is so cliche and overused its disgusting
3)Takes screentime from others: The reason why Part 1 was so superior to Part 2 was the intense character development. Who can forget Lee breaking all barriers by using his 5 gates, Sasuke and Gaara tragic backstories, the epic chuunin exams, the diiferent techniques and the vide diversity of jutsus. Part 2 was so utter crap tht the only proper character development was Sakura, and even tht was shit.
Oh but part 2 had pain and Itachi and Madara. Yes, I admit tht Part 2 had its perks but ask urself the Q. Did pain get beaten by Naruto or by plot and talk no jutsu? While Itachi and Madara are easily 2 of the best characters in Naruto, the overall lack of any character development of other characters made it more dull thn Part 1. And this is xactly what Boruto doing. I dont care bout him. I care bout Konohomaru, Lee child and maybe even a new character. I don't want the same repititive BS of "righteous good". I want more Part 1.
4) Boruto will likely win against overwhelming power characters through "I will never give up" BS: Tell me, what made mangas like Berserk, Toriko and One Piece so great. It's because the main character got defeated so bad tht they had to get stronger. Naruto gor rekt by Sasuke in part 1, and had to go to tht time skip and turn out no stronger, but thts other case. The villain Boruto is going to fight is likely to be leagues ahead of him, and not like Lucci vs Luffy. However, ofc he will win cos he's Boruto and will probz get a power up which will enable him to do so. And I find this sick and disgusting.
