Question regarding rinnegan and EMS

EMS is just as powerful as the Rinnegan in a different way. EMS because of PS is fit for rivaling with Bijuus and their jinchuurikis and fight on par with them. Rinnegan has different but equally capable powers, it's not for fighting with jinchuurikis on equal grounds, but adds versatility while granting some god like abilities. Having both of them is the ultimate power.

Perfect Susanoo can fight on par with a bijuu, nothing indicated about a jinchuuriki because they can use their power way more efficiently.
EMS equalling rinnegan wouldn't make sense at all, considering that it's the next step in power.

EMS Madara can fight one bijuu via Susanoo (without genjustu) while rinnegan Madara can take all nine of them.

EMS Sasuke likewise, but rinnegan Sasuke can trap a bijuu and absorb it via outer path Gedo/chibakui tensei.

Going off what a rinnegan was capable of doing in one it, it was able to level a village in one hit and hold a jinchuuriki for a short period of time.

Susanoo can't do all that

Perfect Susanoo can fight on par with a bijuu, nothing indicated about a jinchuuriki because they can use their power way more efficiently.
EMS equalling rinnegan wouldn't make sense at all, considering that it's the next step in power.

And all that you mentioned depends upon the scale of power. The leveling of a village is not something you can do whenever you want. Also, that's why Sasuke fought Naruto with EMS powers since it's parallel to Naruto's RSM Kurama Avatar, and not that weaker than Rinnegan. Going by your theory, Sasuke could've completely owned Naruto with the Rinnegan since it's technically the stronger dojutsu. But the scale of his powers is not Rikodou level. In that sense, it completely equals EMS in a different way with different powers.

RSM is equal to rinnegan though

Naruto's Ashura avatar is what fought Gedo Susanoo, while bijuu transformation (bm/BSM) matches perfect Susanoo.
Those two were completely wiped of their chakra. They had to rely on a lot of basic moves.

The huge shrina tensei can't be done in succession like you said, but it has the power to break Susanoo and once that's down the user is vulnerable to deva, animal, and human path.

EMS user is being sole dependent on Susanoo for a significant means of attack, now imagine what happens when they bypass the Susanoo defense. What move can EMS possibly do to a rinnegan user?

Also may I remind you the power gap difference from pain and Nagato.
