Oda has too put Obito intangible ability in One Piece its one of those things he has too copy fighting someone like that would be soo enjoyable but not make it completely hack and he can do more things with it probably no going through dimensions with it but teleporting to places you be or last known spots would be nice

Well OP already has intangibility(Logia's) and as for teleporting well Law has that and one cld also name Kuma as his ability if used short range gives the teleporting effect then there is Blueno with that door way thing he did on the train plus as for nether dimensions there is his Air door pocket space so all in all that has already been covered.
